If i was american& a thrifty find!

Heya guys and gals of the blogosphere, i'm in love with american products that you can't get over here in the UK so i can't seem to try them out, thinking this i decided to do a blog post dedicated to all those products i'd love to try in the future!

1// Watermelon extra gum
I  love anything that tastes or smells like watermelon! so i imagine these would be yummy!

2// Pineapple mango mini candle- bath&body works
I have heard so much about these candles and this is one of the ones i really want! i imagine it'd smell amazing too!

3// Lakeside mini candle- bath&body works
Same applies to the first candle, except this would have a fresher clean smell i'd hope!

4// Kool aid peach&mango
Kool aid seems to be so popular but this flavor I've not came across and would Love to try!
Anything mango i'm mad for.

5// Flower cream eyeshadow- Flirty florett
This is a makeup range by Drew Barrymore, I really hope she brings this over here as i would buy literally everything from the range. The colour of this looks alot like painter-lee from mac with more of a gold shimmer, something i'd love to try and work with.

6//  Mango melon body mist- bath& Body works
If it's mango i want it, i'm guessing it would smell similar to the body shop mango mist but with a more melon smell to it? does anyone know what i'm talking about? no..okay.

7// Hard candy- Glamoflauge heavy duty ultra light
This is a must have and i'm already trying to get hold of it to try, it's supposed to be amazing!
it's a heavy duty concealer and covers EVERYTHING.

8// Watermelon lemonade mini candle- bath&body works
it's watermelon and a candle and from bath&body works do i need to add more?

On to my thrifty find, whilst i was out and about i wandered into a chairty shop and came across this beauty!
It's a chanel ditsy daisy  sort of chain, i paid a pound for this and i'm not too sure if it's real or a replica either way it's beautiful!

Have you found anything interesting in a charity shop lately?

Fragrance Direct haul!!

Heya guys and gals of the blogosphere, Sorry i haven't posted in awhile but i have been busy with school revision  overloading my brain as well as counting down the days till i got this package through the post! i recently done the
money-supermarket 30 ways to save a pound challenge (Link to my post;HERE) by doing this post i earned myself 30 pound! which i think went on to buy lots of goodies from Fragrance direct! Here's what i bought!

Dainty doll creme blusher- Paper roses

Dainty doll  powder blusher- You are my sunshine

Dainty doll creme blusher- Orange county girl

NYC coverstick- Light

NYC  mono eye shadow- Alister

Dainty doll pencil eyeliner- 'I'm so pretty'

Dainty doll pencil eyeliner- 'I'm so pretty'

Kate moss lipstick

Kate moss lipstick- shade 13

Rimmel moisture shine- Dare

Kate moss lipstick- shade 12

Essie nail polish- Waltz
L'oreal colour riche- Paris avenues 621

Yardley Royal english daisy- Hand cream

Zuri- face renewing mask
Sally Hensen- no more breaks

I also bought a book of eBay with the money but it wasn't going to look too pretty because much to my disappointment the book wasn't in too great condition. So far from what I've seen i'm super happy with my purchases, especially my dainty doll blushers!but they will be put to the test. I'm also no longer an Essie virgin, my first ever nail varnish by them is called waltz and is a basic white colour, originally i thought it was a pale blue but when it arrived i was shocked to see it was white, but either way i'm still happy as it's a very nice nail polish to add to my collection. The Ziri face renewing mask is also a welcomed addition to my skincare collection as from what I've seen is very good and a bargain considering it's RRP is valued at 14.99!What have you bought lately?...x

Stir it up Saturday Introduction!

Hello, this is just a quick post/ update on whats been going on with my blog, i learnt how to make my own blog header and blog button and then i fell in love with a blog  The prettiest pastel this blog is run by a girl called Beth who is super lovely, i can't remember how i came across her blog but i did, i left a comment on her post and she emailed me later that day, we started talking because she wanted some help for her blog layout and header, after i made her blog header and helped her go over a few things and chatted  we decided since we both love each others blog we should collaborate, which we are now in the process of doing :)
it will be a post on drugstore makeup because we're both still in high school so we don't have alot of high end makeup, it will be posted each Saturday for about 4/5 weeks, and on both blogs.
if you want anymore information, if you would like help on your blog I.e blog header or you would like to collaborate email me at Thegirlinpatternedtights@gmail.com.

Garnier Facial toner!

Garnier facial toner! this is one of my daily essentials on most days when i decide to give my Liz Earle a break, I bought this from Sainsburys on offer as I thought i'd give it ago because i use the Garnier moisture match moisturizer and had been loving that alot so thinking Garnier where on the ball  i bought this but to my disappointment it didn't do what i wanted it to do, I felt like it dried my skin to much and I just didn't see a difference in my skin when i used it. Although it doesn't appeal to my skin right now i will still use this up in the foreseeable future because it might work when the weather betters and my skins recovered from the dryness the weather has caused so i haven't completely ruled this out.

mini haul!

Hey guys! been awhile since i posted because i've been a busy bee lately with going to london, my birthday, brithday shopping which i will do a load of separate posts on ect. i promise to try and get myself together; here goes.
Today i went shopping! firstly i ventured into TkMaxx to see if their was any dainty doll makeup on sale, because if you didn't know already i'm a pale ginger, so thats te makeup i usually tend to wear, it's a makeup range for gingers (or should i say pale skinned people) made by a ginger herself Nicola Roberts, unfortunatly their was none :'( however i did get some mee headphones from their, i didn't know if they were good or not but they caught my eye, so i bought them anyway. They are Iwave eyebuds artist collection-weathered. i don't know who the artist is or what it represents i just thought they looked good and for £4.99 i couldn't complain.
The second shop i explored was superdrug just for a nose around, and i spotted The Good Things cleansers, again i knew nothing about them but i thought I'd give it ago, i was lucky enough to see that these were 49p, crazy i know when they retail for £4.99 i got an amazing deal :') which i was very proud of, this profuct was in a discouted area just in the skincare section alone, so i'm not aware of any defects in the product. i then went to pound land after i read on another bloggers blog they were selling sleek lipsticks, and i found two of a nice colour and decided to buy them, the first one is im the colour organza which is a middle darkish pink and the second in satin which is like a brownish baby pink they're both lovely on and i shall do a separate post on how they go. I went into boots after that and splashed on a real techniques base brush because i need one this wasn't a bargin sadly i paid the full amount of £9.99 but the brush's from what i've heard are well worth it. Lastely i went to the body shop and got a sweet lemon scrub, only because it was discouted to £5 and i then had a voucher for a further 40% so o got the scrub for £3! amazing i know, i bought this for my mum originally but then i realised how good it smelt and well we're sharing it now, haha.
any more information you'd like to know leave a comment.
