Empty Products | #1

Heya guys and gals of the blogosphere, I've never done an empty's post before mainly for the reason I don't save up my empty products as they tend to just clutter up my bedroom; However this month I thought why not give it ago.

 Good Things stay clear cleanser-
I have had this product what feels like forever, I picked it up in a superdrug clearance section for 49p around 2/3 months ago and have used it on and off since then.
The cleanser it's self smells so good, gets the bulk of my makeup off for me and isn't to harsh on/ around the eyes but it doesn't do much for keeping my skin blemish free.
I'd Repurchase but not for the full price.
Dove Go fresh (Pomegranate&lemon)-
First of all this deodorant smells so good,  fruity and fresh perfect for summer (even the UK summer.)
It doesn't keep you sweat free for 48hrs but who only puts deodorant on every 48hrs anyway?
I will defiantly be repurchasing.
Soap and Glory sugar crush body wash-
This body wash is the god of all body wash's if you live in the UK and haven't smelt it I think you've probably been living under a rock for most of this year, My only problem with this body wash is that the smell doesn't linger for longer enough and is quite pricey for a body wash.
I would repurchase but it isn't a product i'll be rushing to the shops to replace.

Nspa Grapefruit shower gel-
Nspa is a brand by asda that I've tried before and I think is just as good as the body shop only cheaper!
I personally think this body wash is better quality than the soap and glory one, it doesn't smell as good but still smells supper yummy and fresh.
I would repurchase but it isn't a product i'll be rushing to the shops to replace

La roche possay effacar duo-
This is another product I've had for awhile but a little goes along way, I find this most effective when I use it in pair with the face wash but it still works amazingly overnight without the face wash.
It stops blemishes getting bigger and rids my face of the horrible redness blemishes bring.
This is something i'd repurchase and probably will.

Rimmel Fix & Perfect-
Primers are something I didn't think were worth the money so I bought this one on a whim, I didn't like it at first then coming to the end of the bottle I changed my mind, I really like how it sits under my skin and smooths it out, however I don't think it kept my makeup any longer than usual.
I would repurchase but it isn't a product i'll be rushing to the shops to replace.
Maybelline Dream satin liquid-
I love this foundation but sometimes it can look to cakey and dark for my skin in comparison to my dainty doll foundation, nevertheless it still blends and gives a Light coverage but I tend to find this alot in paler shades of foundation.
I wouldn't repurchase for the fact i know there is better foundations out there.
Collection Lasting perfection concealer-
I have a love hate relationship with this concealer as I find it sometimes exaggerates blemishes rather than Concealing them, but when it does decide to play I love the coverage and everything about it.
This is something I will always repurchase until I find a concealer better.
Energizer AA battery's-
Battery's just seem to run out all the time for me, doesn't matter what brand they never fail to last no more than a week's on and off use.
I'm thinking of getting re-chargeable battery s in the hope they'll last longer.

What have you used up this month?

When I grow up I... //*Ramble post*

Heya guys and gals of the blogosphere, School term is soon to be beginning and it being my last year makes me want to plan out my future although I know not everything can be planned I like knowing what I would like from life. I know what profession i'd like to work as, I know what college courses I want to do and what college I want to go to, I also know where i'd like to go to university all that is left is to be able to get the grades to be able to achieve what I want from life. I know that to most teenagers thinking about their future scares them, I know that if you're younger or even older than me reading this you'll be thinking that I'm crazy and should make the most from my youthful years but I know my own mind and growing up is what I want most, The other minority reading this will agree with me that growing up doesn't have to be a scary thing.

Blog makeover!

Heya guys and gals of the blogosphere,
My blog design is finally finished! I'm extremely happy with the end results, I think the whole layout looks alot more simple and readable but still is to my taste. The lovely Becky from 'Rose Petals' designed my whole blog based on the colours, images and the layout I wanted, she really is talented!

My blog header was based on three images I sent to Becky to illustrate and see if they'd tie into my header (which obviously she accomplished) and the text font I decided on was based on a boyish / retro theme which Becky helped me follow through with the rest of my blog.
Becky also did my about me, profile image, blog button and whole layout of my blog.

What do You think of my new design?

Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus

Heya guys and gals of the blogosphere,
I've finally found a nail polish I love, for me this is a lifetime accomplishment.. okay..maybe that titles abit to much but it really is something that hardly ever happens.

The nail polish is from Urban Decay, the colour is called 'Mars' and is a deep almost black forest green with flecks of silver shimmer. I personally think this colour looks amazing against my pale skin, and would defiantly re-purchase this when it runs out which is a massive shock from someone who hates painting their nails. This nail vanish is not only amazing in colour it is opaque and hard wearing.
I've been wearing this for almost 3 days without a chip so to me this will soon become my holy grail nail polish.

Whats your favorite nail polish?
Thank you for reading.

The Procrastinating beauty blogger {TAG}

Heya guys an gals of the blogosphere, I haven't done a tag post in awhile so decided to do one now.
I found and used these questions from; noiredame.

Name a beauty regime you rarely do?
I'd have to say painting my nails, I absolutely hate it, It's so messy and maximum effort is always required... nope nails not my thing.

Is washing your make-up brushes something you do regularly?
I'm ashamed to say this but no, I hardly clean my makeup brushes because rarely use any makeup brushes besides for eyeshaows.

How long will you last with chipped nail polish?
It takes me along time to repaint my nails because I find it such a drag, so i'd say a week at most.

How long do you put off replacing beauty products (i.e. Foundation, top coats)
I usually buy makeup when i need it, however I rarely (Never) replace a nail polish, I can go without it's never a matter of urgency when a nail polish runs out unlike a mascara

What is your worst beauty habit?
Never painting my nails.

Name something non beauty related you put off doing?
I always put off sorting my room out, I can never throw out stuff  because of this I have LOTS of old teddy bears in my cupboard (Hoarder i know...)

When getting ready to go out do you put getting ready to the last minute?
No, for some reason i always do my makeup first then get ready nearer the time.

Can you commit to spending bans?
I can if I really need to save for something I really want, but that usually isn't the case and I just spend, spend, spend.

How organised is your makeup& nail polish collection?
Not very, my makeup is all in the big box near my lamp just cluttered together and is a tight squeeze to fit it all in, as for nail polishes their all lined up on my dresser so I suppose that counts right?

What is the longest amount of time you haven't posted on your blog for?
2/3 weeks maybe when i had just started blogging an had no motivation, a similar thing was happening to me lately but i'm starting to get it back into shape, Despite this i do have an excuse this week as i was on training to work with youth& young children, I now have an AQA qualification in safeguarding (level 3 i think)
 Go me!

If you want to take this tag please all link it back to The beau bow as she was the lady who create the tag!
